Okay, so I am cheating and mentioning quite a few.  Also, they are all from LJ.

In no particular order:

failegaidin writes a wonderful OC as well as having a easy writing style and a wonderful plot line.
ithildyn does a great combining several different fandoms. She makes them so believable and fun to read.
malicehaughton is the type of writer that is not afraid to write what she thinks. Her Doctor Who stories are wonderful and makes one think.
strangevisitor7 also does a great combiningseveral fandoms into something believable. Her "Immortal Dean" Series is a wonderful example, as well as her "Aces Immortal" series (she shares this with ithildyn
