1 - How did you first get into writing fanfic, and what was the first fandom you wrote for? What do you think it was about that fandom that pulled you in?

I've been making up stories for any films, books, or movies that I have ever watched or read.  The first fandom I ever wrote for officially was for The Mummy (Steven Summers version). 

I just got done watching The Mummy Returns in 2006 when I started to think of what it would be like if Rick O'Connell had a sister.  I am also a Egyptian mythology freak, so that helped it.
